First off Ivan is a great host. He really wants to ensure that his guests have a great stay. After a very easy check in, Ivan walked me around the neighborhood and even took me to the bus stop to explain the different buses and their schedule. The apartment is very clean, warm and comfortable. It has everything you would need to feel like you are at home. The location is also great, with just a 5 min walk to the bus stop and 7 min walk to the tram; both can take you into the center of Rome within 12 mins. I would definitely recommend Ivan’s apartment and would stay here again on my next visit to Rome.
