To reach Colosseum on foot

To reach colosseum on foot is very simple furthermore it is really near the Pigneto65 home. If you’re in  vacation and you’d like to have a walk then Pigneto65 is perfect for you. You can go to the Colosseum walking it’s only 2 or 3 km far and it is the best way to enjoy Rome. You will have a twenty minutes walk to relax and enjoy the city. Walking is free of charge for you!

To reach Colosseum by Bus

If you’d like to take the bus, you can take the bus number 81. The bus will bring you till Circo Massimo and it is only 100 meters from the Colosseum. The ticket cost only €1,50 and it is valid for 100 minutes and you can take more than one bus. You can get up and down every time you like in 100 minutes. To buy the bus ticket you have to buy it in any tobacconist shop. Remember to buy the ticket before because you can’t buy it on the bus. It’s possible to take the Metro for only one trip with the same ticket.

To reach Colosseum by Metro

When it will be completed, it will be possible to take the Metro Line “C”. The Metro Line “C” should be completed and it will connect “Pigneto” to “San Giovanni” (Metro Line “A”) so you could go faster. You will have to change again in Termini and the Metro Line “B” stop in Colosseum, just in front of the Colosseum. So in the very next future you will have the possibility to reach the Colosseum by metro direct from Pigneto65 home.
